GMAC Provides Funding for Level 3

July 24, 2000 -- GMAC Commercial Mortgage has provided $120 million in floating-rate permanent financing for the Level 3 Communications, Inc. World Headquarters in a Denver, Colo. suburb, the companies said today.
The four building campus at 1025 Eldorado Boulevard, Broomfield sits on a 46-acre lot, and covers a total of 842,000 square feet. Improvements include an employee cafeteria, fitness center, and bistro/cafe.
GMACCM Senior Vice President Mitchell Thurston and Vice President Andrew Ahlers of the San Francisco office arranged the transaction.GMAC Commercial Mortgage, based in Horsham, Pa. is a wholly owned subsidiary of GMAC Commercial Holding Corp.
Level 3 Communications, Inc. is an international communications and information services company offering a wide selection of IP-based services including broadband transport, co-location services, submarine transmission services, and the industry's first Softswitch based services.
