Unveils Phoenix Facility

July 13, 2000 -- InFlow, Inc., a provider of Internet services
for e-commerce companies, today announced the opening of its Phoenix
Data Network Exchange (DNX) facility.
The
new 20,000 square-foot property at 120 East Van Buren provides
Phoenix-area businesses with colocation, network management, connectivity
and data security services.

the opening of our Phoenix facility, we will be able to help the
growing number of e-commerce companies meet their needs for high
bandwidth and reliable connectivity,'' said Art Zeile, Inflow's
chief executive officer."
Denver-based Inflow owns and operates nine Data Network Exchange
(DNX) facilities nationwide: two in Denver, and one each in Minneapolis,
Raleigh/Durham, San Diego, Austin, Atlanta, Irvine and now Phoenix.
