Adds Herndon Facility

Aug. 23, 2000 -- GlobalCenter Inc., a Global Crossing Ltd.
subsidiary and leading Internet services company, announced the
opening of its second Herndon, Va. data center.
The
new facility expands the company's network of 10 world-class data
centers located in major cities throughout the U.S., Europe and
Asia, including London, Melbourne, New York City and Sunnyvale,
California.

addition of the new data center in Herndon, Virginia strengthens
our presence in a significant market for technology and e-business,''
