Wavve Gains
Anchor Tenant in Sacramento

Oct. 17, 2000 -- Wavve Telecommunications, Inc.announced
today that it has secured an anchor tenant for its Internet Data
Center located in Sacramento, Calif.
The
tenant, whowas identified only as "one of the nation's leading
broadband communications companies," signed a seven-year
contract valued at more than $50 million, Wavve said, committing
to 20,000 square feet of the available raised-floor colocation
space at the Sacramento center.
"Our
ability to secure a contract of this magnitude marks an important
milestone in Wavve's corporate history and serves as a testament
to the strength of Wavve's robust product offering and the built-in,
advanced technology design and infrastructure of our Class A Internet
data center," said Bob Ingraham, Wavve's president and COO.
The tenant will take occupancy of the first 10,000 square feet
at Wavve's Sac 2 facility beginning in November and, over the
course of the next 8 months, grow its occupancy to an additional
10,000 square feet for a minimum commitment of 20,000 square feet.
