Leases Space in New San Francisco Center

Oct. 9, 2000 -- Teleglobe Inc. has signed a lease for a
major portion of 1828 Egbert Avenue, a new telecom center in San
Francisco.
Teleglobe
is a leading global provider of broadband services with an extensive
global Internet network, delivering advanced broadband applications
to customers in more than 100 countries.
1828 Egbert Avenue is one of two buildings planned for the 400,000-plus
square foot telecom center in San Francisco. The facility is completely
new construction and built to the highest telecom standards, according
to Rosemary Jensen of Peregrine
Properties, Inc., which represents the owner, 1828 Egbert
Avenue LLC. Shamm Kelly of Colliers International represented
Teleglobe Inc. in the transaction.
