Jan. 15, 2002 -- Cyber Trails, a Phoenix-based colocation provider and Arizona's largest statewide ISP, has purchased IBIZ Technology Corp.'s data center and hosting customers, the company said today.
The deal, which was concluded Dec. 21, included the Qhost domain names, trademark, customer contracts and customer lists. Cyber Trails has taken over the lease for the IBIZ data center at 1919 West Lone Cactus Road in Phoenix.
"In as much as Cyber Trails already offers colocation, bandwidth and dedicated connectivity services to our customers, this acquisition enhances our service offerings,'' says Ted Taylor, President and CEO of Cyber Trails.
"The center is a first-class facility, providing a variety of co-location solutions, including co-location suites with scalable bandwidth, full redundancy, bio-metric security, and a staff of highly trained and experienced technicians," Taylor added.
