Pinnacle Properties Completes Charlotte Carrier Hotel

Jan. 3, 2000 -- Pinnacle Properties, LLC said today that it has completed development of the company's third new carrier hotel in the Central Business District of Charlotte, N.C.
Pinnacle Telecom Building III-Charlotte is a 30,000 square foot building designed from the ground up to accommodate the specific requirements of telecommunications companies. The company previously developed Pinnacle telecom Buildings I and II in Charlotte.
The construction of the building lasted approximately 4 months, with tenants to commence upfitting immediately.
Charlotte-based Pinnacle specializes in the development of new multi-tenant or single-tenant telecom facilities with a portfolio of properties located in cities in the Southeast.
Pinnacle Properties also announced today that it has broken ground on a new 45,000 square foot carrier hotel in the Central Business District of Jacksonville, Fla. Pinnacle Telecom Building I-Jacksonville is located at 510 West Church Street directly adjacent to the BellSouth Central Office and has space available for lease.
