Toronto, ON, May 13, 2004-151 Front Street West, the International Carrier Hotel and Data Centre, announced today a co-marketing alliance with One Wilshire, a similar facility located in Los Angeles, with the two properties joining forces to conduct joint marketing efforts in the Telecom and Enterprise Data centre markets. The announcement was made at 151 Front's 1st Annual Networking Exchange Toronto (NE TO) in which some 70 telecom-related companies gathered for the first time in Toronto to network and develop business relationships.

The initial joint marketing campaign will include a joint newsletter, "Webinars," Web site and PR program.

151 Front Street West, owned by an investment partnership managed by Northam Realty Advisors Limited, is home to more than 150 telecommunications companies; it is one of North America's most connected buildings with nine unique fibre-optic networks, 25 diverse entrances, and more than 7,000 strands of fibre.

"Because there is a natural affinity between the two buildings it was natural for an alliance to emerge," said Bill Henneberry, 151's General Manager in his remarks at the NE TO event. "We are excited by the bi-costal coverage enabling us to reach a market we both serve. The possibilities for collaboration in a global market are excellent."

A 656,300 square-foot, 30-story office tower located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, the One Wilshire Building has been a long-standing landmark in the Los Angeles skyline for more than two decades. The Building has emerged as the single most important point of connectivity in the Western United States. More than 220 carriers currently lease space at One Wilshire, including AT&T, Cable & Wireless, Global Crossing, Level (3), MCI WorldCom, Pac West, Qwest, Sprint, Verizon and XO Communications.
