151 FRONT ST. WEST, INTERNATIONAL CARRIER HOTEL AND DATA CENTRE, NAMES BILL HENNEBERRY GENERAL MANAGER

Toronto, ON, May 28, 2004—Northam Realty Advisors Limited announced that Bill Henneberry has been named General Manager of 151 Front Street West, the International Carrier Hotel and Data Centre. Henneberry joined the property in 2004 and is replacing Kristen M. Ede, who served as General Manager since 1998. Ede recently received an MBA from Queen’s University in Kingston and is currently traveling and examining her career options.

Henneberry will be leading an effort to demonstrate to the data centre community the cost advantages of locating in a premier-class carrier hotel such as 151 Front. "Our business case clearly demonstrates that when telecom costs are factored in, there are substantial savings to send and receive data in mission-critical locations," Henneberry commented.

Henneberry has been involved in Telecommunications and Information technology for more than 20 years, including 14 years with Bell Canada in a variety of positions. Most recently, he has focussed on data centers and telecommunications center build-outs as a Senior Consultant throughout the US and Canada. In conjunction with numerous vendors, he has delivered and implemented state of the art sites, including service assurance practices, network-monitoring tools, reporting capabilities, scalability, redundancy and overall disaster recovery plans. With his vast network background and Project Management Skills, Henneberry’s projects maintain a global view to integrate national and international networks and/or data centers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Stony Brook University in New York and has been affiliated with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for many years.
