RAGINGWIRE EXPANDS DATA CENTER CAPACITY

SACRAMENTO, California (June 28, 2004) -- RagingWire Enterprise Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of fully hosted managed services and world-class information technology (IT) outsourcing solutions, today announced the expansion of more than 43,000 square feet to its Sacramento-based Enterprise Data Center. The expansion is part of a planned Phase 2 data center build-out that supports the company's rapid customer growth and an increasing demand for highly available and secure IT solutions spurred on by changes in financial regulations, legislation and insurance mandates. RagingWire expects the build-out to be completed in Q4 2004.

In addition to the build-out of its Sacramento data center, RagingWire is actively looking to acquire a Class A facility in an additional market to expand its national reach. Both expansion efforts will support the company's rich portfolio of IT monitoring and management services, which comprises of more than 70 percent of RagingWire's overall revenue.
