Equinix Pays Off Credit Facility

FOSTER CITY, Calif. - Equinix Inc. today announced that the Company has paid the remaining $34.3 million outstanding under its $150 million credit facility and terminated the facility. Together with the scheduled redemption of the remaining $30.5 million outstanding under its 13% senior notes on March 12, 2004, the Company has reduced its interest rate on outstanding debt that requires cash interest payments from approximately 10% to 2.5%.
