Ellen Hancock Joins EDS Board

PLANO, Texas -- EDS today announced it has elected longtime IT industry leader Ellen M. Hancock to its board of directors, effective February 16, 2004. Hancock, 60, most recently served as chief executive officer of Exodus Communications from 1998 to 2001 and added the title of chairman in 2000. Prior to Exodus, Hancock served as executive vice president of research and development and chief technology officer for Apple Computer, where she was responsible for the company's research, quality, networking software development and technical strategy.
